A veteran of the Cold Wars, Von Stricter has never really left his past behind him. He is the president of the Guidance Board at Midwest Villain Institute, and the personal mentor to Greg Mason.
A bookish goody-two-shoes, Greg dreamed of being a hero until he was placed in The Midwest Villain Institute, where he is being prodded to pursue the “Evil Mastermind” Studies.
As an infant, Titania and her Twin sister were found on the door steps of a feminist commune, and were reared by the women of the commune. In her teens, Titania found she possessed super powers and began a career as a hero. She retired in 2000, relocating from Urbania, SC to Rural, WI; and took a position as a guidance counselor and instructor at the Jack Cole Institute of Super-Heroics.
